Is there a dr. in the house? Swatdoc?

Are you taking any joint supplements?

I would recommend taking MSM, chondroitin, glucosamine, and essential fatty acids.

Also cartiledge manufacture requires a few mineral co-enzymes, like copper and zinc (if memory is correct, the enzymes are called metalurginases or something like that), so a good multi vit/mineral supp as well.

I do think people train need more than the RDA.

I also know this is obvious, but what is your stretching like?

It is often the LAST thing I want to do after training, and I sometimes forget..........

I can't pm yet, but they feel much better today. Still sore, but I can get out of the chair and walk. Last night they were sore to the touch. I probably just overdid it and my knees do have some wear and tear on them.
