Is the protein high enough?

I will soon be running a cycle of sus and eq. Is there enough protien in the ckd diet to effectively put on quality muscle. I am not that fat, but wouldnt mind losing a little on cycle, the question is can a ckd diet support my bodies needs when on.

Probably not the best choice if you're trying to put on muscle, unless you follow a 3/1 (3 days no carb/1 day carb up). why not go w/ a basic 50% protein/30%carbs/20% fat...that will surely be enough protein. Keep calories at weight x 15 and pump some iron, and you'll be fine and happy w/ the results.
