i make a living selling appliances and electronics in a small, local company and i think anyone who deals with the public has similar expierences - for example, sell someone one of the new hi-def tvs and a day later get a call "i can't get a picture only have a blue screen" - now this person has been given about an hours worth of instruction and has been provided an owners manual - so you know what is the first thing i say? "the answer to your question is on page 13 of your owners manual get it and i will help you through it" - and then there is silence - you know why? - they can't find their owners manual - they haven't read it and don't know where it is - so what's my point? the american public is basically stupid and lazy (go to disney world and look at the people around you - i guarantee the fat ones will be speaking english while the trim, fit people will speak any other language but english - except for the canadians) -
