I am on week 6 of Deca 400/week and Enanth 400/week. I have already gained 22lbs but I am holding water and fat. At week 8, I will switch to EQ at 600mg/week for 12 weeks and will also add Winny at the last four weeks. I want to get shredded by summer. Will I need some test (200mg) to keep my muscle loss minimal while I diet and do lots of empty stomach cardio or will the EQ be enough? Thanks!
