I've been training for off and on for 10years and know my body like a pro...Training is not the issue for me nor has it ever been. My diet is solid and always have been.
5:00am - 55g whey mixed with 100g no sugar carb
8:30am - 80g grits( I hate oatmeal), 250g egg whites, 5 strawberries
11:30am- 2 baked potatoes (little butter), 55g whey protein, 40g (unsalted peanuts), 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
2:30pm - 100g pasta, bowl of spinach, with vinaigrette
5:30pm - 80g rice, 150g lean beef (under 10%)
workout
9:00pm - post workout 8ozs grape juice, 55g whey
11:30pm - 150g broiled chicken breast, 120g yams, bowl of spinach, 30g whey protein, teaspoon flaxseed oil.
approx 140ozs water
400g carbs, 300g protein, 90g fat = 3,600 cals daily...3 times a week I take it up to 4200cals and rotate fish, beef, peanuts...can't eat dairy products...Same diet I used at the beginning and have increased it up to 4600 cals until I noticed my six pack leaving for I like muscle not fat. I know my shit, I'm like a tank when it comes to training and dieting...Making gains is not the issue for I'm a true hardgainer anyway and don't expect things to be that different with AAS...test is the issue...All my gear comes from the same 2 sources and I only use BD products except for the russian dbols. The test is real shit because being that my nuts are about the size of a pea right now, I wouldn't be able to fuck my wife as often as I can. EQ is real because my vascularity is off the snizzy, with the sickly hunger feelings(not the best feeling in the world). What I've gotten from the increase in test from 200 to 600 is more pimples on my back and shoulders...Strength is consistant, but I felt stronger on dbol(like if I flexed I could break my own damn bones strong...that's dbol bro!).
