Is test 400 from denkall good stuff?

I got some t-400 and a bottle of ttokkys deca 300. I know the tokkyo is good but has anyone tried the t-400? It hasproponaite 25mg, Ethenate 188mg, cyp 187mg. Heard of it is it the shit???
