Is taking DNP worth it?

I've never taken DNP before, though, I'm gving it some consideration. However, after some of the research I've done, I'm also wondering if the sides that one usually experiences while on DNP is worth the fat loss, constantly increased body temp (sweating), shakes, lethargy, insomnia, etc. However, since I'd only take a low dose for about 10 days, perhaps I could simply deal with it.

I'm in school this semester and I'm pretty sure it would effect my concentration. To all of you out there that have used it in the past, in your opinion, is it worth it?

you probably shouldnt be taking it unless your an advanced bodybuilder, even most dont take dnp , you can make your goals with supplements less dangerous , such as clen.

never again for me. Some things are best left to the pros and dnp is one of them.

i tried it and did not like it at all. the sides were outrageous. i couldnt sleep, it looked as if i wet the bed i sweat so bad. always hot as shit. i stopped taking it. i still have it to. but im a pack rat so i hate throwing things away, especially if i paid money for it.

DNP isn't that bad. People overly exaggerate the sides and make it seem like you're close to death on DNP. I never felt in danger once on DNP; unlike Clen. Sure, you'll sweat. Maybe feel a little warm/hot at times too (it comes and goes in waves). But that's about it - I didn't have any problems sleeping (did sweat in my sleep though), or any abnormal tiredness. At low doses it's very tolerable and sometimes not even noticable.

Is it worth it for fatloss? Yeah. Would I do it again? You bet. Do I think it would affect your concentration? Not really.

And as odd as this may seem, DNP felt safer to me than Clen. Fuck Clen and it's shakes, heart races, headaches, and insomnia.

DNP is OOOOOVVVVVEEEERRRRR RRRRRAAAATTTTTEEEEDDDDD

I personally used DNP twice. First time following a 21 days play, reaching up to 800mg a day. Sides weren't that bad, I believe the sides are worest for many because they don't drink enough H2O to cool their body off. I drank about 3-3.5 galons a day. But that's now the issue. I was about 12% and DNP didn't get it lower even though diet was pretty clean (though no cardio). SUPER OVER-RATED.

Second time I tried DNP (from the same box of the first try from the same super prestigious supplier), I got incredible allergic reation just after one 200mg tab (after about 4 hours I left job heading home for 3 days of lying in bed an eating 400 cals a day feeling horrible). Seems body may react differently to the same substance.

DNP was poor for fat loss. I got WAY better results from just lowering cals a bit less and using LEVOREX. Believe it or not.

Well there you have it!!!
Not one person who replied has the same experience with it. I've also thought of trying it but it seems the risks are to high for this canuck. Good luck though if you do decide to try it and let us know how it goes.

You could probably do 250mg a day for 21 day's and that would cut down on the shitty sides, assuming you would even get any.

I've done 10 - 15 different cycles back several yrs ago. Always by the book and following all precautions to the letter.
All said and done - no, it's not worth it. I've had better success with fina or winny, diet and workout.
Plus I felt great and looked great - something dnp never did for me.

Is it worth it? I'd have to give it a big hairy NO. DNP sucked big time for me. It made me feel like pure sh*t. I could deal with the hot feeling and the sweating (which actually wasn't that bad for me). What I hated was the constant burping of that noxious DNP gas. Made me want to wretch.

no offence but it's all in how much you want it.

I have used DNP for 4 weeks straight before, I like it. But I reached my goals, and haven't felt the need for it in over a year now. I would only use it in winter though, the heat I felt from it was very uncomfortable, but not crazy either.

Once i got an alergic reaction, but benadryl fixed that problem quickly enough.

You're absolutely right, bro. It is. For me, the negatives of DNP far outweighed how much I wanted to shed a few pounds. Its relative to the person being asked. I liked clen FAR more than DNP. Alot of bros on here would disagree because of the shakes and what not. Stimulants have never been a problem for me so Clen rated better in my book. You opinion may differ but thats ok....

You forgot the other side effect that most users or potential users ignore ...

DEATH.

how about hard training, diet and plenty of excercise? it's much better than your relatives looking at you in the casket..

I agree with you i'd rather take clen also. I'm very tolerant of stimulant's also so the shakes really aren't a problem. The possible death aspect kinda sucks also.

i ran DNP about 3-4 times.
didnt get the results i expected.

but i didnt run it right..
i ate very low carbs.

I love the shit I have gotten as much as 4% bf off with it in 3-4 weeks but then again I have done 2 hours of cardio and drank about 3 gallons of water with it and ate by the book.I would not recomend any1 to try this aproach though I am just psycho like that.

Why would you risk dying for something used in pesticides and poisons?
You will not die from being poisoned and you have to be (forgive my french here if I offend)a total moron to die from it.I would one million times do DNP before I would ever touch clen again or do T3.The only dangers so far that DNP can cause are imediate from overheating,T3 can permanently fuck up your pituatery gland.I have never and will never go near t3 for this same reason. But to each their own every1 has their opinions and their likes and dislikes and were all different thats what makes this hobby of ours so beautifull.

DNP screws with the very core of your existence: YOUR CELLS! The amount it takes for DNP to be affective isn't very far from the amount it takes to kill you! It inhibits proper mitochondrial functioning. That is FAR more dangerous than what clen or T3 do!

Im not going to argue here I have ran it many times love it will run it again if necessary with out hesitation have never felt in any kind of danger by far the most effective cutting agent I have ever seen if your willing to work for it.As far as clen goes absolute garbage imo have ran it many times nothing but bad sides to me,ephedra on the other hand I love.Imo ephedra+DNP the only way to cutting for me. :p

i tried for 5 days 200mg to 400mg a day and said fuck it I feel like shit and don't feel like I'm losing any fat. Bed ridden on the 2 days I jumped to 400mg did nothing but sweat and lay there and moan lol the first 2 days at 200mg weren't too bad actually worked out the 1st day but after it built up in my system :( ...I'll stick to the treadmill and dieting in the future.
