I think even the Janitor at my gym is 'on' right now for the sole purpose of Spring Break and how much ass he anticipates getting from working Chest and Bi's every other day. my roomate is pretty much in shape year round, plays soccer so is kinda cut and has abs. and like 2 weeks ago hes like... what can i do to get rid of this extra.. and i was like.. "nothin" haha. im not worried about emergency dieting right now and my plane leaves in 2 days. im fine, not gonna cut for a few weeks then go back to bulking.. plus i can see some abs , so when the ladies put on the goggles, i should be set, lol

Panama City Beach is the best vacation spot. LIke 5 different clubs that are always hopping. So many different resturants. Just ag reat place where the rooms aren't very expenxive

I've been to PC soo many times and now I will no longer visit there on Spring Break unless I have no where else. Too many cops nowadays. I got a ticket last year for doing a burnout on the strip and had to sit in jail for 8hrs so they could "process" my traffic ticket. What a fucking joke, the only reason that I got out in 8hrs is because they had so may people in that little ass cell that they had to start letting people go.
