ok i knwo nothing about roids , nor do i really want to research them or anythign since plan on staying natural for...pretty much till i die. anyways my friends putting up some crazy lift numbers and his back and face got mad acne. i need your input because right now, with the way hes going, hes gonna own me in the gym..the evidence:
hes gained 20lbs on bench press in a month (1 rep max)
25lbs on deads and 25 on squats for 1 rep maxes, and everything else (like skull crushers, barbell curls..etc etc are going up by 10-15 lbs a month) and hes packing on about an average of 8-10lbs of solid muscle every month. and no weight gainer. plus cardio (hes also in brazilian jiu jitsu with me and that shit makes u sweat). the only supps he takes are lean protein (dont know the brand), noxplode and thats it. are these juiced numbers, or is he just a genetic freak?
i am asking out of curiosity and jealously (that fuck!).
he went from 185 on bench 3x3 to 205 3x3 in a month
deads from 295- 315 3x3
and squat 250-275 ish 3x3
