Is milk good for muscle growth?

Drink Milk!!! I started out lifting at 118lbs, 8 months ago. I am now 148lbs, and can still see abs. Man, I drink atleast 1 1/2 quarts of milk a day. Usually skim or 2%. Im my opinion its what helped me mass up so quickly.
 
Don't overdo it though. I learned my lesson the first time. I drank milk at every meal and BAM I got FAT as hell. Haven't drank millk in nearly a year now. I don't regret it either.
 
Milk will bulk you UP!

Don't drink much of it when dieting, although when the day comes that I start cutting which is gonna be awhile, I'll prolly try that carb sense milk and cut down to a quart a day instead of my usual 3/4 gallon 2% haha.
