Is Letrozole stable in water?

According to a popular site it can be suspended when in water.
Suspended possibly but I dont think it dissolves in water which means you have to shake it up and hope for consistant dosing.

Use acetone instead of water, and you can dissolve at least something like 80mg/ml. Then suck it up in a syringe and count how many drops there are in that ml. Adjust the acetone content accordingly. Then drop the solution on some cheap porous pills (1 drop per pill) and you will have pills with very accurate dosage. Works like a charm for any low dosage medication (clen, T3, femara, arimidex etc.).

INGEST acetone?

Sig - what type of porous pill would you suggest? Some type of placebo or maybe a chewable vitamin C tab?
