i am doing a cycle consisting of sust wks 1-9 750mgs sust
i find i have much better workouts on eca then off, i push alot harder and dont give up, would i be burning more muscle than i gain with eca at 25-50g pre workout with caffeine and aspirin, my diet will be 4000-4500 cals with 300grms + protien a day
if it gives me good workouts, should i keep it in?is it worth it?
