Is it safe to order from outside the EU , when living in the EU

i`m thinking about ordering from yugoslawia , and i am living in germany. does anyone have some useful info concerning toll etc. ?
is there i high chance of not getting my package , because it gets confiscated or so?

I lived in Belgium and UK and ordered from various countries. (never had problems). However, I heard that ordering from America is the most dangerous (since prohormones and ephedra are legal)

But, they might add some tax at the border without opening the package.
