If she was 5'11-6 or so. She has great quads. Arms and shoulders don't look as developed. Some people just carry it in different places. Maybe it's all in her legs, and back (you didn't post a back shot).

Hmm, hard to tell since there is no object I can judge it with. In that pic I would guess 160-170 though for 5'9.

It's only a guess though.

Bone structure plays a role too. I have pics at 180lbs, before I started training, but I looked 160 or under.
