Goal: stay around 275 pounds and lose bf %

Stats 270 pounds
6-4
14% bf

Is it possible to do with this cycle. I have the test but no var or proviron yet! Couldnt get prop this time and kind of glad to be sticking myself less.

500mg sustenon week 10 weeks
80mg var a day 10 weeks
50 mg proviron day 10 weeks
AIFM all the way through
chlomid pct weeks 13-15

red blast, glucorell, sesapure

300 grams protein 3000 calories

20 min cardio 5 days eliptacle
weights moderate/heavy 5 days 1 off
 
lol, how do you stay 275 when ur not even 275?
 
Trying to incease lbm while burning fat. Do I need to add something or change the mg of test.

no reason why you shouldnt get your desired results with that cycle bud

eat, sleep and train hard and you'll do fine
 
It's possible, but I'm more interested in your diet then your cycle bro.
 
Dialed it in last night.

mix test 250mg w/ a-dex-------250mg E4D weeks 1-11
masteron 100mg EOD weeks 5-11 ?
var 50mg daily weeks 3-11
proviron 50mg daily 1-11

clomid pct weeks 12-13

AIFM throughout

sesapure/glucorell/redblast

multi vit 1 morning 1 night, 1000mg vit c, glutamine teaspoon before work out and after. 1 big scoop of this multi seed mix every morning. 4 oz mangosteen daily.

140 grams protein from steak/chicken/eggs/sushi/nonfat milk
160 from muscle milk and pro complex

dont count carbs but eat alot of veggies (stir frys) :Chef: ED, berries in morning with oatmeal and shake
I started 2 days low carbs and 1 day moderate carbs (adding rice and wheat bread)
Shit 3 times a day and drink 1.5 gallons of water ED never sodas
drinking alchohol was cut down to a couple of drinks a week

And I train like a controlled animal. Thanks for the replys. :evil:

looks good to me bro....keep a training log and post up weekly...i'd be interested in your progress...
 
Gotcha, the mix seed stuff is called Beyond Fiber and tastes like cinnamon, should be enough....I hope.

More solid protein.....looks like getting back into precooking meals for 3 or 4 days ahead.

Leaving for Cancun Monday morning for a week, starting when I get back (although the gear looks pretty good sittin here). Nah, I need a little break from heavy workouts anyways.

I'll post up results as I go.
 
Week 6 results....

Dropped test back to 500mg a week
added 150mg masteron EOD on 3rd shot

taking 3 pumps AIFM daily

weight 281
body fat has dropped probably a percent or 2

Workouts are getting better and better

pushing more weight than ever before

Chest yesterday consisted of bench press 25 rep 1 plate
15 rep 2 plates
15 rep 2 plates (still feeling the joints, cold outside)
12 reps 2 plates and a 25 plate
10 reps 3 plates
9 reps 3 plates and a 25 plate
4 good reps 4 plates on incline bench smith machine

I start out flat then end up incline moving position 3 times.

Than incline flyes 3 sets 1 with 50's 1 with 65's 1 with 70's
cable flyes next incline 3 sets at 80,90, 100

2 sets all the stack on fly machine

finished 2 sets dips

Things are moving fast right now for sure......I love this stuff!!!!!

I will be adding tren and winny in for the last 5 weeks and going super clean with diet.

Other chest day includes flat to incline close grip bench presses and then dumbell presses focusing on inner/upper chest than into my tricep workout.

Chest was my weak point, now its becoming my favorite part.
