Is it Possible to Gain 30lbs of lean Muscle Mass in 4 and 1/2 Months - Naturally?

I think it is possible. When I was 20, I gained 25 pounds in 5 months naturally. You just have to eat a lot of protein, train a lot and sleep correctly.:D
 
Yeah now that i think about it 15 pounds of solid mass would be hard in one year, naturally... Sorry 'bout being a tool... brain fart... :eek:
 
NO WAY

I dont believe you can get 30lbs of LEAN MUSCLE in 4½ months - not at all... Not even as 20 year old. You can get lotsa muscles but after the first 10-15 lbs it's really hard getting furter muscles naturally. When u start bulking you'll get 8-10lbs really fast but thats food, water & fat.

you can definitely gain 30 lbs of lean muscle in 4 1/2 months........with the right juice:D ....i dont think so....30 lbs of LEAN MUSCLE...thats not very long for a whole lotta weight!....now fat...possibly:)
 
Its not fat he looks pretty lean to me can see definition in shoulders. Stomach looks flat. After reading the answers on this thread I definetely think he is on some sort of juice.
 
I gained about 20 lbs my first 4 months (naturally). But if he has trained for a while, forget about it. Noone gains 30 lbs in that time not using steroids. Increasing 4 lbs of LBM / year would be good for an experienced bodybuilder.

I have trained naturally for 3 years im 19. Im about to do my frist cycle. When i began i weight 120 now im 170. I can ussaly gain 1-2 very 2 weeks. Now that my diet is good. I follow very strick training. Don't stay out too late if i have to go to gym. I don't drink, eat 6 full meals a day 1/3 potein, 1/3 carbs, 1/3 fruit or vegtable. Plus 3 protein shakes. glutamine, creatine, EFA's, vitamins, ZMA. But im ready to make some serious gains now, so its jucing time!
 
See at Doch's routine at 4lbs a month he should have gains only 18 pounds at best. No way he juiced I knew it. Plus he is a little puffy.
 
I've been gaining 22 lbs in less then two weeks at the moment. No Joke, I'm serious. My diet did suck before, I added 3 packages of "no fat yoghurt"/day and two shakes. Gone up to about 13% in bf, now I'm still small, 178,5 lbs. My goal is to reach 200 lbs before november. (will add testoviron & winstrol in two weeks).:)

Enough food, carbs/protein is everything...
