I have trained naturally for 3 years im 19. Im about to do my frist cycle. When i began i weight 120 now im 170. I can ussaly gain 1-2 very 2 weeks. Now that my diet is good. I follow very strick training. Don't stay out too late if i have to go to gym. I don't drink, eat 6 full meals a day 1/3 potein, 1/3 carbs, 1/3 fruit or vegtable. Plus 3 protein shakes. glutamine, creatine, EFA's, vitamins, ZMA. But im ready to make some serious gains now, so its jucing time!
