okay. i am in my 6th week of my cycle. and i have only gained about 15lbs, but in the past 2 weeks i havent gained shit!
people EVERYWHERE asking me if i am juicing, telling me i need to start wearing a long sleeve ect....
this is strange because i have not really gained much, my strength is so insane it is almost TOO amazing!!!!
i am eating around 600grams of carbohydrates per day, 400 grams of protein, and alltogether about 4000 cals, sometimes 5000.
now i am thinking i am burning a shitload of fat somehow and replacing it with water, by the way i believe water's weight is less than fat, therefore making me "APPEAR" BIGGER!
what do you guys think? is this bullshit or is it a possability?
thanks bros,
Mike001

"...by the way i believe water's weight is less than fat..."

Yes, a pound of water weighs less than a pound of fat.

lol... no seriously, there is something going on that i dont understand.

Well if your eating 600 carbs a day you should be retaining some water, for each gram of carb that you eat, your body holds 4 grams of water,so that might be what your talking about+eating 4000-5000 cal a day also causes a thing called NEAT= Non exerscise activity thermogenics, which is like throwing gas on a fire, meaning the more you eat the more your metabolism and body temprature rise...Hope I could help

THANK YOU! i did not know that!
but is it really possable to burn the fat and acually replace it with water, seems coming off will make you more lean after the water loss.

Yeah i think it might be possible to burning fat,and retaining water at the same time, considering your carb intake and caloric intake,it bascically is going hand in hand with each other,One sign of NEAT is a lot of sweating even when your just lying around, this is a sign that your metabolism is pretty jacked.I would take a mild diuretic and then after you pull some water of you,get a body comp and compare results with your last one,and then you'll now if what your doing is the right thing for you!

Try eating more and see if you begin to gain again. After youy've gained like 15lbs. from your cycle that's a fair bit extra muscle that's eating up calories and the protein you were once using to grow.

Very good point Nathan, make sure you adjust your calories especially if you feel you put on a good bit of muscle, you got to have the calories to support and build new muscle tissue
