Is it me or do most strippers have emotional problems?

I worked in the biz a long time as a bartender, doorman, manager...so I have seen it all. Are most strippers fucked up in some way?? Yes.

Are they all like that?? No.

I found the biggest problem many develop is not necessarily drugs but more of an "addiction" to attention. They get so used to everyone "kissing their ass" that they begin to believe the world revolves around them. In a way you really can't blame them, I am sure many here would develop quite an ego if everyday everyone was telling you how great your were, how beautiful you were, buying you things, etc. Hell, if you look around this site there are quite a few guys here who have pretty damn big egos.

I do not think that anyone who sits there and watches them for the entertainment is in a position to pass judgement on those people. So they may be fucked in the head, so what. Go to a club on the weekend and you will meet just as many or more fucked up girls then in a strip bar, there is no definite rule as to what job constitutes emotional disturbances, with prostitution being the POSSIBLE exception.

All right, that is the most absolute bullshit i have ever heard. Have you used creatine? Well that is a drug, maybe not classified as such but it is. What, your liver makes it naturally so it's not a drug right? If you take it there is a feedback loop that stops the production of creatine in your liver. Sounds a lot like the testosterone my testicles make naturally, and stop making when i supplement more.

So when i turn 40 and go on HGH and Supplemental test to improve my body as well as internal organs and live a much MUCH better quality of life i will be looked upon as having a screw loose? Sounds like someone else has a screw loose and is way too judgemental.

This whole thread is judgemental. If we want to go that direction let's examine why those women with children are put in the position of having to dance in order to support them and spend time with them. If they are in fact man haters perhaps they have good reason to be such. I have a friend who is working on her MBA- full time student, has two children and works a full time day job. Her ex is loaded to put it mildly but because of the nature of the family business he is able to appear like a pauper on paper. He is taking the children on South American cruises while their mother is struggling to feed and cloth them let alone spend time with them. Dry humping a few horny old men would be a small price to pay for the reduction in her stress level. The ONLY thing that keeps her from doing it is that she knows he would try to take custody if she did. This is probably an extreme example but is also more common than most people realize. I think that behind every stripper with children there is most likely a father that needs his ass kicked.
