I don't know what it is. Maybe it's the karma, maybe not. But people here are much more helpfull and friendlier to each other now. I see people helping out newbies much more. I see more "good job bro! awsome results!". And I see more sincere and informative comments.

Well it's getting better and I hope it continues....we have really been getting slammed by other boards on our flame wars...we should help and pull for each other...Elite fitness were freindly to.. hahahaha

It has been and thats the way I want it to stay. The flaming was geting way out of control and it was no good for the board so I am glad it is starting to clean up and everyone can do what they came here for, which is to LEARN
