Is it just me...

or does it seem like the simple stacks give the best gains. As early as a year ago I was stacking 4 and 5 things and getting decent results. It seems like some folks like to add this extreme level of complexity to their cycles and you never really hear much about the gains being anything more than the norm. I am finding, maybe it's me getting older, that a simple test, dbol and tren cycle is working far better for me than adding much more to it. Maybe it's me, any thoughts?

I've been finding this to be true for myself lately as well. I've been making better gains on fewer compounds and lower dosages. One author theorizes that there are only so many AR's available and once they're saturated, higher doses don't make any difference.

One of the issues is people are running multiple i.e 2-4 cycles every year. I have found running only 1 cycle per year, and I never have to go over a gram of Test. Basically my cycles look like newbie cycles every time.

It just seems like the money spent on all the ancillaries to keep from shutting down your liver or screwing with your heart seem silly. Especially when the gains are almost equaling out for me. If I keep my diet in check, lift hard and supplement correctly it just works out better.

yup, i usually only use test and an oral, maybe tren too. its pointless to stack a bunch of compounds imo unless you really know what you are doing and you are competing.

test e and dbol works great for me...more tha my first cycle of sust and deca...recovered real easy too.

I'm 10 weeks out from my show, just using test and eq... Keep it simple. All really comes down to diet and training... Ha mostly diet!

Let's put it this way...

Let's say you invested in 10 different stocks and they all made varying returns -- except for two of them, which always made more.

Does it make sense to continue investing in the ones that make LESS?

That goes for exercises also. Guys just do 3 sets of this and 4 sets of that and they never really know which ones work best. Do ONE exercise per session and you'll know which works best for each bodypart , THEN just do THOSE.

Same with gear. Use what works best. Why use more shit that doesn't work as well? Use MORE of what DOES!

total sense right here.

I was thinking of doing that and it does make sense. I have a friend who wanted to lessen the pokes and when bumping to 150 e3d he was able to maintain his levels in the same fashion as eod. Just something I was thinking of trying, but everyone reacts differently.

Thanks for the input!

I would do the tren at 100 e/o/d weeks 5-13 (give yourself a week w/o it but with test lessen crash feel)
