My food choices are clean, just stuff I normally wouldnt eat during cutting i,e, cotage cheese, milk, fruit, excess oats, etc.....

I haven't seen those in years. I'm only about 12% body fat, but it's still been a long time since I've had a six pack.
Small price to pay for putting on 50lbs of mostly lean mass![]()
But to add to this thread, even though I don't see the ripped abs, I can see the striations in my delts and chest a lot more in the morning.
