Im going to be controversial here and say that I agree talking about this place in such a way - like it's some sort of members only club - is really fucking gay. "initiation" this, and "hazing" that, and "Noob", yadda yadda. Kaitlin, you are right when you say, as if elitefitness.com means anything. Especially the Chat Forum - it's main purpose is entertainment and amusement. There is nothing to gain outside of that on C&C.

Of course, as you know, there is a plethera of good info on other forums here regarding training and diet etc. Some very smart people to give good advice. But, those forums also dont play out the way C&C does which is mostly nonsense posting.

no i mean the mods are nice to me.i havent spoken to many. maybe like 4 or five but my friend's good friend is a moderator and that is how i got introduced to this board.

like i said, when these certain people are online, there is no drama or cursing or name calling or anything. if you dont like me no big deal. if something i say offends you--woops but no big deal.

i just hate how some people on here actually try to regulate each other.

I deadlift at least once a week, kiddo. Bench press, too (my bench totally sucks, though, I admit that ... I'm too tall/long limbed).

So what kind of training regime are you following?

um i did post in the women's forum thanks. go check. and i dont have a "regime" as of yet. getting diet together with the help of a mod and then working on the training. this is going to be our weekend project.

im beginning to really understand that this place was like the shipping docks of Long Island/New York back in the early days when ships use to bring foreign immigrants to our new country. one by one each ethnic group would arrive and the one that arrived previusly would pick on it and shit on them. british---irish----italians---jews---blacks etc.

so i guess i have to wait til the next new person comes along and then i can claim myself as a "vet" and pick on them?
