Hey now, I am not tall!

Neither am I, old man.... interesting my company makes mad bank WITHOUT me having to suck not one.... whatever it is that haters claim a more successful female than they "have to" suck.

Well, I mean, other than yours and that ain't bout gettin paid. If that was the case, I'd be unemployed FER SHURE. :worried:

So how do I make money then?

Fuck, fuck, fuck... perhaps I should take some exam 'er sumthin then MAYBE I could pull up the window and the money would come flyin in?

.... or maybe I will just continue to be a good study and bust my ass applying what I've learned?

well, beings I work in a predominately male work enviroment, and have found myself in this position very recently... I would have to say its harder for a woman to be taken seriously in certain fields. I don't toot my horn much but I have the training and experience in my specific field and still have been thru companies that will overlook that. But hey... I've been at this for going on 10 years now and accept that you can't fix ignorance.

LOL

Oh btw, I just landed an awesome job! Great pay, working with another person... other than the owner no supervisor, one of the top paying jobs in the company and still room for growth. I busted my ass to get to this level and it was not easy, but well worth it.

Not saying all companies consider gender as a main factor... but in my past (not my present... as in this last week) I've taken less than a male counter even though I had more experience and trainging...

ah... shut up Frisky...

LOL

Dont you even shut up you sassy minx....

Fact is that SOME women have to work 10 times harder than their male counterparts to earn masculine respect. Shit, sad fact is they have to work harder to earn the respect of their female counterparts as a woman will step over ten other of her sisters JUST to pander to a man. Tell me I am talkin shit!!!

You did it.

I did it.

So that means there is no reason why ANYONE shouldn't do it.

Be good at what you do.

Bust yer ass.

Don't take shit and you will be golden.

WE promise you. ;)

I told you almost a year and a half ago you were awesome!!!!!!!! Good job my friend!

I see very few women at my job . but most women I'm sure don't want to be a construction worker. The ones I usually see are either operators, electricians, some fitters/plumbers and a few laborers but tehy mostly are on road crews holding a sign. But the ones that I see are good workers.

Yes you sure did... Sometimes we have to be slapped in the face a few times with piss ass jobs and bullshit coworkers before we (I) realize that I worked to damn hard to put up with all the bull. I was impatient and just wanted to work, never weighing out my options. This time I did and it paid off. Hell yea!

So looks like in the near future, lil miss frisky will be visiting the trailer park... :)

If everyone I spoke to did what I suggested they would all be ahead of the game.

I think with what you learned you will be so much better than I would have thought I could have done with me! I am so proud of you!!!! Can't wait to have you in the old "Wheel Estates"
