Is high water retention worth it?

I Just wanted to what some of you thought about water retention. personally, I love it. I see no reason if you experience no sides to take something that will prevent heavy water retention. I feel that it's a bulking cycle and the more bulk you carry around the faster your body will adapt and grow. If wanted to get hard i would take the appropriate gear but i see all of these newbies and vets worried about looking like a blowfish and coming up short on their max gains. What do you think?

if your bulking a like the water myself. Plus it makes me look alot bigger. I feel stronger when holding all that water, even though the bp is higher I feel good.

Well, I try to look good all the time, and that includes as little water retention as possible.

One thing I realized early on is that you are the least able to judge yourself. I mean, everytime you look in the mirror, there you are! You never get to go away for a couple of weeks and then look.

My point is that to you it might be 'a little' water retention, but to others you might look like a bloated fat-ass. Not a good look.

I stay well clear of anabolics that promote water retention, and those I take that do (test, dbol, etc.) I take something like liquidex for it.

Another reason I do not like water retention is the health ramifications. It is just not healthy to be carrying around all that water.

This is just one of the reasons I prefer fina, ox, tren, winny, fina, eq, oh, and don't let me forget tren, lol. :)

But Does the water retention help muscle growth at all is there any benefits to retaining water?

I've read that muscle grows better when it's super hydrated. I don't know how reputable the publication I read is though. Anyone have concrete info?

IS water retention hydration though?

It seems like it's just a storage for the water is it readily availabale to the muscle for absortion?

Why not just shit loads of glyceral

im stronger when my muscles are holding more water, more energy also this way, forcing me to go heavier, and grow more, then when the water is gone, better results for me in size.

yes the more the muscle is loaded with water the better for bulking, more creatine will get in there, more oxygen, and more energy leads to way better lifts.

Yes, the water retention can absolutely be a good thing. Obviously when you retaining water
everywhere you're going to have some extra water in your muscles too. And muscle hydration is
a good thing. But there is another possibility that is even better. If you submit your body to
a heavy androgen load, one that causes bloating (lots of test, maybe A-50, etc.) you may be
able to get your body used to carrying around that extra weight. Your body may be able to
make adjustments, especially in the capillaries. Come off that cycle and the water weight will
drop fast. Hopefully soon enough that you can go right back on a cycle and have extra support
systems with which to build muscle. Of course you won't be able to carry lots of water weight
around for long and remain healthy. Only for maybe 6 weeks.

Yeah, that's what I say too. I think people shouldn't worry way too much about
causing water retention on a diet cause you're still losing fat, and that water is
lost so easily it's not too big a deal.
