I am constructing a new diet because talking to an experienced guy in my gym I am off a little on what I am doing. He says that the bulk of my carbs should come after my workout because this is when you need it most. Check it out:
Meal one: Myoplex w/2 scoops of all natty peanut butter
Meal two: egg whites maybe with some veggies
Meal three: beef or chicken + almonds
Meal four: Post work out shake w/2 scoops of all natty peanut butter+75-100g of simple carbs.
Meal five(dinner 1-2 hours after post workout meal): beef or chicken with yam.
Meal six: Shake before bed..
As you can see I am raising my fat intake and lowering my carbs to about 150g's a day. My goals like everyone else are to add muscle and drop some body fat. I am 6'2 210lbs 10-12% bodyfat and NOT on AAS. What do you guys think???
