George, I have a question/suggestion.

Why not a monthly EF contest? The person who posts the most helpful/insightful thread (on any board, anabolic, chat, training, etc..) would win a small nutritional supplement or prize?

Maybe a t-shirt. Or maybe a bottle of r-ALA. I would be willing to provide the prizes for the first 4 months if the contest was initiated. The mods and admins will be the ones who determine the quality of the thread and each month's winner.

I think this would be a good way to reward members and encourage better postings on the board again.
