Hi Supra...i'm Vandelman...and its been 2 minutes and 3 seconds since my last post on EF. I hate what i've become since joining EF over a year ago.....I went from an average joe to a jacked gym-rat with people coming up to me asking..."so what are you taking".....and I can't give anymore Karma out cause i've used all mine up for the day..... DAMN YOU GEORGE!!!!

extremely addicting. the more you read the more you want to read more. i have to make myself not log on a couple days a week so i can get shit done. my wife gets pissed. thats a good poll, how many of us put with noise from the wife from ef abuse.

Very addictive as I have found numerous other sites/chats to be.
For the longest time I wasted hours in AOL chatrooms doing battle.
Those places are the true urinals of the internet and you had better
be fast with a comeback.

I spend most of my time on the Anabolic and Karma Bookie Boards, but when I get bored I go to C&C Board for some drama. Bombs and other karma based things; whether adding or taking away off are a good idea. Keeps things intresting. Good idea George and Admins.
