Are you a chef?

man it aure is good though. The corn I had was sweet corn and man, I could of eaten just that for dinner. I get all excited about the smallest things.

I just had this discussion with my brother in law a few weekends ago.
Corn is useless. Not good for you, not bad.

does it add to the depth and scope of your experience? does adding Pozole to chilled yellow tomato soup with lemongrass and lobster ROCK?!? HELL YES IT DOES! How about apple smoked polenta cubes and lamb carpaccio? ROCK!

Well thats my problem. lol I have enjoyed eating WAY too much over the past year or so and have slowly but surely reduced my workouts. Then I hurt my back and yet I still enjoy eating. At least I recognize that and learning is half the battle or so G.I. Joe says anyways.

In my opinion, corn is not healthy since it carries myotoxins from the husk. Moulds and myotoxins break down the immune system

I don't eat corn that often. For some reason the corn from the store lately is just super good. It's a perfect combo of plumpness and sweetness that goes AWESOME with a good steak.

I may eat corn on the cobb 7 or 8 times a year.
