Ok, so I been pokin around these boards for like 6 mos. I'm very cautious. I have used gear on three occassions, over the years. I have gained a solid 40 lbs over 4 or 5 years. Each time I used gear put on say 15-20 then lost about 5-10. I'm very happy with my gains. But i used very small doses compared to almost everything I've read. And only for 5 or 6 weeks at that. On a similar note: I have used creatine and NO to gain about 10-15 lbs. but took afew weeks longer, like 10-12 weeks, but I kept those gains. To be fair I do have good genes but i've always been lean. I know this is a gear forum, and I do use it, I'm just suggesting that I've got great results from dbol 20mg daily and one shot of test every 4 or 5 days. Which I'll be doing soon. If anyone cares, I will be taking before and after shots, and logging diet and routine. Starting next week. can anyone who does a lot of gear, honestly say they have gained OVER 40lbs in 4 years because they shoot more gear than me? I'm really not trying to be an ass, I just wonder if there are others that think usage is out of control.
