is all R-ALA the same?

over the years I have bought from different companies, when I bought Glucorell R from the AF store it said that you should take the R-ALA approx 15 mins before you eat carbs, is this the case with all R-ALA?

Most ALA's I have seen take 15-30 min before meals

at the moment I am using R-ALA 200, which has 200mg in a single cap instead of 100mg.

No they are NOT all the same. There is huge difference between the R-ALA that is used in Glucorell R and what is used by other companies. That's why people who try other brands come back the Glucorell R. Because the differences are quite noticable to most people. Here is a little explaination.
