I was thinking mostly of how beneficial is it in terms of shuttling nutrients to the muscles. Does it work well with so few carb in the diet?
To answer you ?'s, I usually work out after work during the week (5pm or so). I try to keep carbs as low as possible, but there are a lot of foods that may have 1-2g per serving (they'd be spread out evenly during the day, maybe 2-3 grams per meal x 6 meals).
