Is 250mg Qv eth underdosed, or underfilled?

Hey, anybody use the product yet? Would you say it is underfilled or underdosed? I did a test only cycle of t200 (brovel) 500mg a wk, for 6 weeks. Those bastards were underfilled at least 1 1/2 cc's! And I am not too sure each cc is 200mg, maybe 150. I wanted to give the new QV 250mg a try. Anyone have any input of this product? Thanks bros...
