I'll be doing my 1st cycle with 250mg a week for 10 weeks because 1) I want to see if I get sides (I know it is a fairly safe ester) 2) it is my first cycle and if I decide to do another I can go up to 500 or 750 and still get decent results without having to worry that I've overused on my first go 3) it is my 1st cycle and I believe I can get good gains from this dose, but I don't want to waste my 1st go on a dose that isn't going to give me good results. If the difference between 250mg and 500mg run for 10 weeks is 5 or 6 lbs than I don't care, but if it's 20 lbs that another story.
