Is 250mg of Test E enough?

I'll be doing my 1st cycle with 250mg a week for 10 weeks because 1) I want to see if I get sides (I know it is a fairly safe ester) 2) it is my first cycle and if I decide to do another I can go up to 500 or 750 and still get decent results without having to worry that I've overused on my first go 3) it is my 1st cycle and I believe I can get good gains from this dose, but I don't want to waste my 1st go on a dose that isn't going to give me good results. If the difference between 250mg and 500mg run for 10 weeks is 5 or 6 lbs than I don't care, but if it's 20 lbs that another story.

The answer will depend on alot of things: how you eat, how you train, rest you get, your lean bodymass, etc etc. I used 500 mg/wk myself during my first cycle and I weighed about 220 lbs at 6 foot tall. I was able to put on about 20 lbs or so with just that. You could run the 250 mg/wk for the first 5 weeks, and then go up to 500/wk if you feel the results arent good enough.
 
My first cycle was the summer 1988.Lyphomed Deca,200mgs.(1cc,orange cap,for those who were around then and remember)weekly.I was 17. I gained 32 lbs. in 8 weeks. Bench went from 205 for 2,to 275 for 5 in about a 4 week span.Excellent Stuff.Personally,since it is your first cycle,I would say,start small.You can always take it up a notch,if necessary.But today,I would be more inclined to go 250 mgs. of test,every 4th day,if it were my first cycle.Remember though,If you can't eat every 2 hours,then u should be drinking a shake.I would recommend N-Large by Prolab.
Yes,that's right,every 2 hours,and u need double the carbs than protein to pack on some serious size,if that is your goal.N-Large is the right mix.If you hate squats and deadlifts,start LOVING them.Make those 2 and the Bench the foundation of you routine,and you will pack on some serious,head turning mass,in that time

I RARELY watch TV so I dont know the video at all :o
