Memphis Pilot Acquitted of Tax Evasion
Charged With Filing "False" W-4s

On Friday, a Memphis federal jury acquitted FedEx pilot Vernice Kuglin of six counts of felony Tax Evasion and Willful Failure to File tax returns.

Ms. Kuglin's attorneys, Tax Honesty Movement barristers Larry Becraft and Robert G. Bernhoft, told reporters that Kuglin was indicted seven months ago and had refused to plead the case out for a lesser sentence. During her testimony Kuglin testified that since 1995, she had sent numerous letters to the IRS requesting that they inform her of what law required her to pay the Individual Income Tax. To this day, she has not received an answer.



At 1:30 Friday afternoon, the jury returned not guilty verdicts on all counts.

After the jury had been excused the U.S. Attorney reportedly demanded that the Judge order the defendant to file her forms, pay her taxes and obey the law. The Judge reportedly replied "Sir, I don't work for the IRS."



The case is: U.S. District Court, Western District of Tennessee (Memphis) # 03-CR-20111, USA v. Kuglin.

the IRS is not a government agency...its a business run like other companies...When legal aliens apply for citizenship on one the documents it gives them a choice whether or not they want to pay taxes...thats why this woman never recieved a letter and law informing her she had to pay or file...We as american citizens dont know any better-we are not given a choice...until we wake-up and do something together as a whole-things will not change....you and I will continue working for the IRS giving a third of our hard earned income to them....when we stand alone , we suffer and most get into trouble....she had a judge that hadnt been paid off....good for her...fuck-em

They covered it but failed to give the outcome. Wonder why? Supposedly the imcome tax is voluntary and requires one to volnteer? And we unwittingly volunteer when we apply for drivers license, hunting/fishing/home loans, etc. In fact since banks are a big part of the scam they won't loan you money unless you have paid taxes and can prove it.

The part I have not researched yet is where people say the US Constitution was illegally amended to include the tax laws since it was not ratified by 2/3 of the states etc.

The way I see it is that it is pure robbery by the gov't which is not held accountable for its crimes of robbery. Estate (death tax) is the biggest crime perpetrated on a people since the Nazi Concentration/death camps and how they stole not only peoples lives, but their money, treasures, etc.

Wrong. It's a branch of the Dept of Treasury. A distinct government agency. It's employees earn pay on the GS scale, and earn federal employee benefits.
