Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below Ive known iron horse for about 15 years. its crazy that I found out about his death on this board. I was not a close friend but he was a good guy and always entertaining to be around. I know some people get afraid when they read these articles but we must realize that anything in excess will kill us. Even after his heart problems a few years ago he continued to juice. He was also never one for moderation. You can call it whatever you want, genetics, heredity or whatever else makes you happy. This is the third guy that i grew up with that have been friends with that has died of this same problem, others have had health problems. Again over indulgence in anything is not good. Im not trying to say anything bad im just trying to say that maybe so many guys I know dont have to take so much stuff. I myself got out of hand for a little bit but i have corrected myself. We all make our own decisions in life but just remember who else gets affected if you get sick or die. We all have families that depend on us. I Dont want to rant, just putting in my two cents. Its really a horrible shame and many people will miss him.

shit really, i guess it comes down to how well the person tolerates it, cause i do know of people who ran MUCH bigger that this cycle
