Yes IP trenbelone is good stuff, and yes it comes already prepared. Another interesting thing about the IP tren is that it is generally more heavily dosed than the bottle says.

It causes extreme soreness at the injection site for me. Especially in the delts. I can only handle 75mg EOD with 1250 of Test Cyp per week. I am going to lose the Fina after 6 weeks and start Eq at 600mg per week.

if he's making it he should add the longer ester so would only have to inject it once a week, would be quite popular IMO
