i justgot one of these after 10 years of training with an old buckle kind. Someone stole my old one a few weeks ago. I have to say this is one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. Great product.

Especially useful when benching with a shirt. You can have someone pull on the front of the shirt and someone else clip the lever over.

Agreed. I love mine. And you can pull your shirt down yourself and just snap the lever in place. I don't even need an assistant for that.

The only thing I miss is that I liked the look of the old leather belts. Kind of reminds me of those guys playing football with leather helments. I kept my old leather belt just to show my grandkids someday.
