leg press is not needed if you are squatting adequately. throw in some speed work or 20 reppers.

I've done 21 reppers before. It just causes me to use less weight. I'm about 2 weeks from a 1000lb leg press for reps...

you obviously use less weight if you do more reps. your body needs change now and then and heavy doesnt always equal better. a lot of people i know in real life and on the boards routinely say leg press is unneccessary.

I dunno, I do 5x5 with 315 and then do leg presses. *shrug* It's always worked for me...
