hey guys and girls.hope im not breaking any rules right now but i wanted to introduce myself,as myself.:chomp: if im in the wrong forum im sorry.but this is definitely THE FORUM I WANT TO BE IN .

well,im using fst-7 for about a month now.i love it.i usewd to do max-ot for aboput 5 years and i swore that was the "answer".haha.needless to say it wasnt and my joints thank me.i had to take off two years from training to be in a wheelchair cuz i got hit and run driver @ 80 miles per hr roughly according to witnesses.anyhoo,im 31 yrs old.ive gained bf im 18% now.fuck :(
im looking to lose about 25lbs of fat and put on about infinite muscle if that makessense?im pretty depressed about my weight-235 @ 18% bf...i need help.like i said,my bro is going to serve so im fucked. im back on my feet.in the gym.weak as piss but determined to get it better than ever.hope u guys can help and thanks for reaching outto me you two.:chomp:

i may not have told you,im in two forums right now but i think i confused em,i stated that my bro ws joining navy.he was my "guy",only have a 10cc of test enanthate left.doees that makemore sense now?

the one-rep max is a thing of the past. Sure it has its place, but every college football coach could care less about one rep max. They want to see 225 to failure. With your situation you definitely need to train smarter, not heavier. fst-7 is a good program bro, keep it up

well ,i =can give u a brief rundown of my diet but its not perfect as i have to re-discipline myself.but here goes. i average 4-6 meals a day plus pre /post wkout shakes.

bfast: 6 eggs(only 3 yolks) 1-2 slices 7grain whole wheat bread or some grape nuts with soy milk
all supps.(tribulus,multi,c,e,calc,omega 3
lunch #1: 1 slice bread:6oz lean turkey or ham,mustard,cheese

lunch2: same or some type of beef(burger meat,steak,etc,etc, 6-8 oz) veggiesmhummus

pre workout: coffee/25 grams whey isolate + 26 grams dextrose or whatever with 5-10g creatine/super charge n.o.
post workout: same shake minus the n.o. but double the protein and creatine mix...

1 hour later or less: i go for 100g carbs/50g protein

1-2 hours later: about half the amount of the post workout meal


now im not gonna lie.i smoke da chronic.i know i should stop.i tell you that to tell u this- it makes me eat some bad shit and most of my weight gain comes from that.and of course the inactivity.i just didnt car for so long and thats the normal me.im really excited to be back i nthe gym and im glad im back.i feel great and im gonna keep rolling on.hopefully til im an old fart.dead.
so yeah,i eat all kinds of bad for you stuff when im "h*gh".so there 50% of my problem...

im so sick of fad diets,low carb this,i can neve seem to find the right balance of carb/protein/fat ratio to build muscle but not too much fat.and when i go low carb i have no energy.im a fatboy since i was little but ihave been in great shape before and know what i CAN look like. any diet reccomendations for fatboy genetics?:spin:

If smoking makes you eat so bad, then stop. a lot of people have done the smoke and then eat everything you can find, lol. most of it is bad.
your diet you listed looks decent. just cut all carbs after your PWO shake, and only have protein and some fats later in the evening.

Welcome bro. Im in the same boat kinda, got t boned by a dump truck at 50 mph, wasnt confined to a wheel chair, but it still f*cked me up bad. Im still in the recovery process, trying to get back to where I was, and even better. Anyway, the mods and most of the members here are ready and willing to help, really good bros. Again, welcome to Elite.
 
Yeah bro, first coming back from an injury in tough and VERY frustrating. You have to try not to focus on the losses. It's not about trying to put up what you used to as quickly as possible though. Start light and focus more on perfect form and consistent intense workouts first. Then muscle mempry well take care of some of your losses. You should definately get some time back in the gym regaining strength and retraining your muscle before you look torward a cycle.

EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. The first couple of months for me, I could barely move. I droped from 270 to 230 in 1 month. My sister said my face looked "skelatal". (spl?) Im still not really able to do all the exercises yet, still doing physical therapy. I can work my arms relatively pain free. Anyway, good luck with the working out Whitewidow, hope you have a full recovery.
