well ,i =can give u a brief rundown of my diet but its not perfect as i have to re-discipline myself.but here goes. i average 4-6 meals a day plus pre /post wkout shakes.
bfast: 6 eggs(only 3 yolks) 1-2 slices 7grain whole wheat bread or some grape nuts with soy milk
all supps.(tribulus,multi,c,e,calc,omega 3
lunch #1: 1 slice bread:6oz lean turkey or ham,mustard,cheese
lunch2: same or some type of beef(burger meat,steak,etc,etc, 6-8 oz) veggiesmhummus
pre workout: coffee/25 grams whey isolate + 26 grams dextrose or whatever with 5-10g creatine/super charge n.o.
post workout: same shake minus the n.o. but double the protein and creatine mix...
1 hour later or less: i go for 100g carbs/50g protein
1-2 hours later: about half the amount of the post workout meal
now im not gonna lie.i smoke da chronic.i know i should stop.i tell you that to tell u this- it makes me eat some bad shit and most of my weight gain comes from that.and of course the inactivity.i just didnt car for so long and thats the normal me.im really excited to be back i nthe gym and im glad im back.i feel great and im gonna keep rolling on.hopefully til im an old fart.dead.
so yeah,i eat all kinds of bad for you stuff when im "h*gh".so there 50% of my problem...
im so sick of fad diets,low carb this,i can neve seem to find the right balance of carb/protein/fat ratio to build muscle but not too much fat.and when i go low carb i have no energy.im a fatboy since i was little but ihave been in great shape before and know what i CAN look like. any diet reccomendations for fatboy genetics?
