Well into week four of my latest cycle and strengh is starting to explode.
I wrecked two personal best this week.
225lb military press for 3 reps and 547lb deads for 3 reps. I haven't pressed bench yet but that will come.
current cycle is:
Turnabol 40mg day for 5 weeks
Proprianate 100mg eod for 5 weeks
cyp. 500mg weekly for 14 weeks
durabolin 100 mg eod 14weeks
equipoise 600mg weekly for 14 weeks
gh 5 iu daily (5days a week)
80mg clen 2 on 1 off for 6 weeks
sex drive of a hound dog. can't sleep worth shit, feel awesome,
running 300 to 350g protein daily. 50 % protein, 35 to 40 % carbs , 10 to 15% fat.
weight is up 18lbs to date (248 1/2) bf is 10.5 caliphers(and dropping) down 1% so far.
tomorrow is squat day looking for 600lb.
