Intestinal bloat

So according to a VERY relaible professional in the PT world, I may have intestinal bloat (bloated small and large intestine)

Unfortunately, my friend who told me this has her PT business to run, training herslf, and a baby to take care of etc.
and we haven't been able to discuss it further....

Anyone know how to eliminate this problem?

EZ whats up brah.... I think you need to find out what is causing the bloat to begin with.
Maybe you are over doing it on cruciferous veggies of something of that nature ? Dairy ?

Better to find the cause to see how best to treat it , ( i know your diet is in check )but a good nutrionist might be able to help .
