i thought i would post to ask people what they think i should brush myself up on before i go to the interview so i can impress them. i am in first year kin and this will be an awsome summer job. it is a sport specific gym, so i would love to get the job.
any tips what so ever would be helpful.
thanks

Well as long as you are trained....just bring along experience and referrals if you have them from past clients....brush up on the tech names of the muscles....

It may seem a little vain (spelling) but just try to look the part. No one wants to pay a slob $50+/hr. If all else fails I was once told: "If you cannot dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bullshit." Best of luck to you-be confident.

Exactly - be on time, looking sharp, confident and as long as you have credentials to fall back on you'll be fine.

I've put together some of the "ins and outs" of the personal training interview as there are several types.

Generally, your first interview is the formal, "get to know you" type interview. The second tends to be more of an application of your scientific knowledge.

To best prepare for either/or, I suggest you invest some time in http://www.my-personal-trainer-school.com
