I am going to do a local powerlifting meet (raw) in December. I want to try something different to prepare for this. Can someone give me a few good websites that I could possibly take a 3 month program off of?
I know a program that should take 2 - 3 months depending on your starting strength that can yeild some solid strength gains
but it's not really geared towards powerlifting
