Intermittent T3 use

I train 4 days a week and I'm off on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. I want to drop a few pounds but not go crazy with the T3. Would it make sense to take T3 only on the off days? I want to keep the fire burning on the days I am not as active but also reduce or eliminate any thyroid shutdown. My schedule doesn't permit me to do any additional cardio on the off days and I just want to drop about 10-15 lbs in about two months. Is T3 fast acting enough that it will immediately rev up your metabolism? Because it's never taken on consecutive days will there be any shutdown? I'm thinking of only taking about 25mcg on the off days.

You need to do more research. You should only take T3 if your natural T3 is low due to chronic dieting, which happens around 4-6 weeks into the diet. Yes, T3 is very fast acting. If you're going to take it, research about how to ramp up and down safely. Use it everyday. You'll be all fucked up if you throw it in sporadically. It's safe if you know how to do it.

Yes, I see, but that's just like saying you should only take testosterone if your natural levels of test is low. The whole point of all this is pushing the envelope in pharmacological manipulation. The standard protocol for T3 usage is pretty well known. I'm trying to back off a little. Your metabolism (and thyroid output) does vary from day to day base on diet and activity. The dosage I'm contemplating is usually considered the standard beginning doses before you start ramping things up so I am not sure if I'll be all f-ed up. The danger with all drugs always seems to be in long term usage.

OK bro before you get ahead of yourself realize that I have extensive experience and done extensive research on the correct application of T3 as it applies to BB. I've had a large article published in MuscleMag Int on it. So I know what I'm talking about. Whether you chose to ignore my recommendation is up to you, but any vet on here will vouch for me. It's not the same as using supraphysiological levels of test. Your test levels aren't going to move much after puberty. When adding test your goal is to increase the amount of androgens causing muscle growth that would not have happened with even high normal test levels. Contrarily when employing T3 during a cutting cycle, it's use is due to the fact that your metabolism has slowed down because of less T3. Therefore by adding T3 at this point fat loss will continue.

Umm, I don't want to step on your toes but people have been using T3 for YEARS and have achieved great results without following your guidelines. Just because you have an article published in MuscleMag International doesn't mean that you are 100% correct. I'm not saying you are wrong but do you have any studies to back up your statements?

I suffer from a mild case of hypothyroidism and it is hard for me to drop weight on a low calories/low carb diet. The only things that work for me are Keto diets. In fact, I was on a high protein 1500 calorie diet and GAINED muscle when in fact I was only trying to lose weight. I went on approximately 2 months of T3 with a 2wk on/2wk off clen cycle and lost about 15kg putting me at my target weight.

Why would you suggest to only use T3 when your metabolism slows due to dieting? Do you have anything to back this up besides your own personal experiences?

OK bro, you just answered your own question! You have a SLOW METABOLISM! Of course by increasing your metabolism you'll see fat loss. That's the correct application for it. You're good to go!
I'm not being cocky, but I feel the poster was taking an unecessarily pompous stand. Being a published writer doesn't make me infallible. Far from it. i have took t3 and i don´t like it. My muscle was "stollen"...i lose bf but a lose muscle too....

Your english isn't that bad bro. Were you on any AAS when you took the T3?
