Intermittent T3 use

I wouldn't recommend using t3 by itself. T3 will eat through muscle as well as fat. I'd use a nice heavy test based cycle if your going to run it to counteract the effects of the T3. And make sure the test has fully kicked in before you start the T3. Don't make the mistake starting your T3 the day you start your test(like i did w/test enanthate). At such a light does of 25mcg a day, why not just follow a strict diet? Probably get same results. I would not go above 100mcg, unless you either know exactly what your doing.

I know i've took a high dose. i was started with 100mcg/day and was elevating it in the weeks. I really lost bf but i don´t like the final result. I lost "power" and had have problens to sleep. If u will use the t3 less a anabolic drug, forgot it...

Sorry about the english ( how can i fixed it in all my posts ^? hehehe )

OK bro before you get ahead of yourself realize that I have extensive experience and done extensive research on the correct application of T3 as it applies to BB. I've had a large article published in MuscleMag Int on it. So I know what I'm talking about. Whether you chose to ignore my recommendation is up to you, but any vet on here will vouch for me. It's not the same as using supraphysiological levels of test. Your test levels aren't going to move much after puberty. When adding test your goal is to increase the amount of androgens causing muscle growth that would not have happened with even high normal test levels. Contrarily when employing T3 during a cutting cycle, it's use is due to the fact that your metabolism has slowed down because of less T3. Therefore by adding T3 at this point fat loss will continue.

Don't most people in BB that use T3 do it to increase metabolism beyond normal levels? In fact, that guy from Balco said in an interview that he was planning on including T3 in his drug program as they found it speeded up everything regarding the processing of carbs and protein. I've even read of T3 being used in bulking programs to aid in the processing of the huge amount of calories being taken in. Most people on T3 are on it not because they have a thyroid defiency but to make cutting easier/more efficient. A fitness competitor I know swears by it because she can eat enough to fuel her workouts and still lose weight without having to starve herself. Like taking androgens to cause muscle growth that would not have happened with normal levels, exogenous T3 allows more calories to burned that would not be burned with normal levels. Don't competitive bodybuilders routinely use T3 when cutting even though their natural levels are normal? Isn't this one of the reasons they can get so lean?

I'm not trying to argue just for the sake of arguing. I'm not getting ahead of myself because I have gone anywhere yet (in regard to T3 use). Just speculating. If T3 speeds up the metabolism which aids in the burning of fat but long term use causes a shutdown then short term use, like with steroids, will minimize this effect. Maybe even intermittent use will have very little shutdown effect. With steroids this wouldn't make sense because it takes a while for gear to kick in. If the effects of T3 is immediate perhaps I can continue burning calories I normally wouldn't burn on the days I don't train since my activity level is way down.

could T4 be taken in a higher dose (I think T3 is four times as strong as T4) to get the same effect as T3? I have a hefty supply of T4.

(First of all, all T4 (synthroid) gets converted to T3 (cytomel) anyways, but taking only T4 will cause severe depression. Straight T3 is better on the body, however I was completely under the impression (somewhat educated) THAT YOU MUST take T3 daily and ramp up slowly and RAMP BACK DOWN VERY SLOWLY, otherwise your body will not function or produce normally==it will shut down its production!!!!!

Please educate me if I am incorrect.....
