Don't know much about GH (Growth Hormone) but i sat in on a presentation last nite at my university. There were looking into whether GH supplementation actually builds new muscle or if it possibly just makes more ligaments, tendons, etc. Some theorize that because strength usually does not see a significant change when using GH but muscle weight does this is where the logic comes into play. The reason for the gain in body weight may be due to heavier organs from organ growth, tendons and ligament growth, etc. Pretty interesting stuff which i am looking forward in seeing more of the studies in the future!!! ~JT~
