Interesting tip for running

The other day when I was at the airport and to kill time by reading magazines at the over-priced stores I opened up a runner's magazine. It said to make your run go by faster run at a good pace for like 10min. then run at almost a balls out speed for 10, then back down to the pace when you started for 10. Kinda like HIIT, well not really, but I tried it before (reading the mag) and it does work.

My 2 cents..

Oh and also for treadmill owners, which ones are a good buy?
