Protein shakes, water, multi Vit, Efas, and Oatmeal. What would happen if this was your whole diet?
 
Get some fiber... green veggies... and you're good to go... lol ;)
 
You'd prolly either get the shits or get bunged up... either way... it'd suck... and you'd prolly get bored
 
I've done close to this in the past. There's nothing terribly wrong with it over the short term. The X-factor in food science is you still can't duplicate the nutritional values found in whole foods. Eventually this catches up with you and your gains will come up short. I've observed a loss of (muscle) fullness even over a period of a week or two. As someone said, add some Green Foods to your list. At least your stool will now be colorful.
 
There is something like that using insulin. You just sip on protein water all day. Tons of water and tons of protein. I think it was a Dan Duchaine idea or Author L Rea.
