i was reading in a bb magazine
and something they mentioned giving a try in there made good sense to me
if any of you have tried this and it worked share you experience or if you havent and want to give it a try let me know how it does
well they were talking from a bench pressing standpoint
take your 1rm say 225
do ten one reps sets with 1 minute and half rest between each set
on the next workout that you bench
do the same but with 5-10 less seconds of rest
etc till you work down to doing it without rest and you can get it for ten reps
sounds like an interesting concept, and easy enough to follow for begginers
i think they called for about an 8 week cycle of this
thats one hell of a gain going with 1rm to 10r at you max
