i am in my 4th week of the intensification phase (week 10 overall), i am still adding weight to most of my lifts so should i just keep going until i halt or is there a set point at which i should start again at the loading phase?.

Also, on a different subject; i now need more than bodyweight for dips and pull ups, anyone have any good ideas for adding extra weight, dumbell between legs are a pain

cheers, tom

Most gyms have a belt that you can hang weight from. Did you check into that? If your gym doesn't have one you could always make one with a chain from Home Depot and a lifting belt.

I use a cheap kids wal-mart belt, wrap it around my ankles and run it through the plates.

How long have you been lifting? Just curious whether you oughta' run the single factor version instead . . . .

I've usually felt the same at the end of the scheduled intensity phase. Keep going as long as you feel like it. I reckon you'll top out in another week or two and then have no choice.

been lifting about a year, ran the single factor for 14 weeks, was very effective but i felt i had gained all i could from it. enjoying the df and have also had good gains with it.
